Entourage data folder

Where is the data folder for Entourage located? I am using OS 10.2.8
on an iMac and G4 Powerbook 12". I want to copy folders over via
Airport.

Go to User/Library/Documents
and cooy the Microsoft User Data folder

The Microsoft User Data folder is actually just in HD/Users/<Your
User>/Documents/.

I did that except that an error message came back stating "This
operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient
privileges for "Microsoft user Data."

So how do I get sufficient privileges?
