Entourage data not accessible to LaunchBar, EntourageABMenu...?

Hi--

I'm trying out a couple of shareware apps that access Entourage's data,
but neither of the two I've tried today have been able to access the
database. (They chug for a long time--up to 30 minutes at one
point--until I interrupt them, but never retrieve any contact
information.)

I verified that the Database is working correctly and compacted it, and
obviously everything looks normal in Entourage itself... any ideas of
other things to check?

(I do have Entourage set to sync with the Apple Address Book, and
LaunchBar was able to access the Address Book info with no problem....)
