Entourage Database error I/O

My computer is set up so that MS Office automatically updates, and
after it ran the latest one yesterday, I haven't been able to open my
Entourage. Message database error I/O keeps popping up. I have tried
repairing disk permissions, with both Disk Utility and Disk Warrior,
and I'm told everything's ok. Then I've tried to run the MS app that
tries to rebuild, verify, compact database and I get the same message:
database error I/O.

Try holding down the <option> key when you start Entourage. Then
Rebuild database by selecting the appropriate radio button.

I/O error almost always means disk damage.
