Entourage Delayed Email Delivery

My organization uses Exchange Server 2003, some of my clients use
Entourage 2004. Recently some clients have been receiving their emails
up to 3 weeks later. I've noticed this only happens to internal users
using Entourage. Thanks in advance for any and all feedback.

If the mail is notmarked as still being in the outbox, it has to be an
issue on the Excahgne server as far as I understand how thigs go :-\
