Entourage deleted items

I've been running OSX for a year along with Office X. Since install I
can't get my deleted items folder to delete messages? I've gone
through preferances a dozen times and everything appears to be set
correctly. Any advise?

There was a b ug n the very first version of Office vX that failed to empty
the deleted items completely unless the command was run several times. This
bug was fixed in the various updates.

Make sure that you have updated your install of office vX to 10.1.5 (the
entourage application itself will remain at 10.1.4, but other support files
will be updated)
