Entourage Deleting Emails.

I have version 2004 of Entourage and it is deleting emails when i
receive them, before i have even read them. I have looked through the
dissucssions and found that i have no rules set and also checked i was
viewing the emails correctly.

i have updated the software, but the probelm still persists. What
should i do? has anyone else had this problem?

How do you know this? What exactly is the behavior you're seeing?
I have looked through the dissucssions and found that i have no rules set

Also check your Mailing List Manager.

Try doing a Find (Edit > Advanced Search) or create a Custom View and see if
you can see some of these emails. There could be a number of possibilities,
including that messages are being misfiled or that you are viewing Unread.

Ok. this morning an email was in the inbox, and then it was gone. did a search for the email and nothing came up.

I have looked at mailing list manager and there is nothing in the columns.

I am about to do an advanced search, I have already checked that i am not viewing unread ( as have looked at other posts and am trying to problem solve).

do you have any other ideas? Or does anyone know if there is a technical help line i would be able to ring,

I have just done an 'advanced' search and the email that 'dissapeared this morning did not turn up.

In your View menu, are there checks beside "Unread Only" or "Flagged Only"?

What kind of account is this? POP3/IMAP/Exchange/Hotmail?
