Entourage displays wrong name in dock

I recently changed the Entourage information from an old employee to a
new employee. I changed the SMTP and POP3 account settings, etc. When
an open Entourage window gets moved down to the Dock and she mouses
over it displays the old employee's name. I looked around for the
setting but could not find it. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you're talking about the name of the Main window, which is
derived from the name of the Identity. (If there's only one identity, it's
called by default "Main Identity" and that doesn't even get reflected in the
window name, and this issue wouldn't arise.)

The simplest way to change that is via Entourage/Switch Identity. (To do
this, you'll first have to quit Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office
Notifications, Messenger, and any other Office apps I may have forgotten
about.) The current identity, named, it seems after the old employee, will
be selected. Click Rename and rename it. Then re-open it, and all should be
well.
