Entourage doesn't print email header information...sometimes????

Paul

This problem has been popping up for a while and I've yet to find
any solution to it. When I print certain email's, sometimes fromt he
same people, they don't come up with any header information at all.
The email will start off with the first line of typed text instead of
the usual memo stlye format. To make matters worse it seems to only
happen with certain people, and then not all the time.
I'm currently running a Macmini 1.5 GHz with Tiger 10.4.6 and
Entourage 11.2.5.
If anyone can shed some light on how to get the headers to always
appear that would be great.

Hi Paul,

do these emails have anything in common? Entourage uses the Tasman rendering
engine for the display of complex HTML messages, and it usually prints them
without their email headers. Any messages formatted in simple HTML should
print just fine, though.

Hi Michel,
The only thing I've noticed is that this only happens in emails
from people using PC's and Outlook 2003 as their mail client. Then
again it only happens sometimes. I've had messages from them that are
perfectly fine when printed, then another message will have no header
and no forseeable way to get it to appear.
