Is there a way to erase an outdated/incorrect email from the memory when you are typing in a name in the "send to" box? For example, when my boss types "Valerie," it auto-populates with an @imail.org extension which is no longer a correct address and the emails are not making it to my inbox. The imail.org address is not listed in his contacts under my name it is specifically some sort of memory built into the field that I need to delete. It is causing quite a bit of frustration and needs to be addressed ASAP.
Thanks,
Val
