One of the people in my office has complained on several occasions that some
emails in Entourage suddenly become unreadable. They come in OK and then
when she goes to reread them they are all gobblygook.
This happens every couple of weeks to her. No one else in the office has
this problem. I have gone as far as reinstalling her MS Office from scratch
to no avail. She is using MS Office 2001 on a Mac running OS 9.2.2.
Can anyone offer a suggestion as to what might be causing this? I can't
figure it out.
