Entourage is used here at the office, for any and all emails so you can imagine there are important emails that I save. Just yesterday, after using this program all day, I re-opened it and received a "welcome to entrouage" message. EVERYTHING was gone. I don't understand why. Almost as if an updated version "replaced" itself and caused everything I had to erase.

Is there any way of restoring what I had? Unfortunately no back-up was made.

This usually occurs because someone has moved, renamed or deleted the Office
2008 Identities folder or the Main Identity folder inside it. If it was
moved, search for it. If it was renamed, change the name back. If it was
deleted and you have no backups, you're out of luck.

This is a good reminder of the importance of backups. :-(
