I just installed Office 2008. In Entourage, the new mail message (compose) button does not produce a box for a new mail.IS there some setting I need to get this to work. All the other functions are working.Reply; send; forward etc.

Can you explain what "producing a box for new mail" means?

New message opens a window to create a new message. Why would it create a
box or folder for a message?
