I have been using Entourage for awhile and we just reloaded the OS on the
xServe 3 weeks ago. When I try to get my messages to my in box Entourage
returns an error Mail could not be received at this time.
The explanation is The server returned the following error. 497 Fetch
failed: Server volume is full. Please alert your administrator. Error:1025
I am the admin and I know the server is not full. I assume there is a
problem with Entourage retrying to collect mail and has encountered
something that maybe corrupt? Squirrel mail returns message Could not
complete request Reason given 497 Fetch Failed.
Is there a way to fix this? Apple mail reads the incoming mail without any
problems. Please if you have suggestions for fixing this -- respond to this
