Entourage Error: -39

When trying to send an email on Entourage connected to an Exchange server I started getting the follwoing error message:

Error: the end of file was reached.

Expanation: mail could not be sent

Error: -39

Error -39 is a poretty low-level system error number that will have been
encountered by Entourage and is being passed on 'up the tree'.

IIRC -39 was a 'resource not found' error and may well imply disk
corruption.

Try running Disk First Aid (or some other disk repair utility) on the
drive(s) that contain the system, applications and data (you will have
to start up from a CD to run DFA on the system drive).
