I am receiving the following error message when trying to reply to
emails sent internally:
mail could not be sent using the account
mail error server did not understand request
error 5557
We are using Entourage X with Exchange server. The machine can reply
to emails sent using the Outlook Web interface from an external
computer, but not to emails sent internally. Any messages that are
replied to internally are transfered to the Outbox in the On My
Computer section.
I have tried deleting and recreating the account without any luck.
I have looked for error 5557 but cannot find it on any of the sites.
Any advice would be appreciated.
