Entourage Error Message -40

My Entourage crashed after someone tried to send an
ENORMOUS file on email. Keep getting the -40 error message
saying there's a compression problem and that I need to
rebuild the database. It prompts me to rebuild the
database but when I click go it says it can't do it - on
either basic or advanced rebuild.

I'm stumped. What are my options?

If this doesn't work, try creating a new Identity in Entourage and send a
message from this clean database. If it works, then your database does have
problems. There are solutions if you can still open your database. See
