Entourage error messages

I was wondering if anyone could help me, we have six Macs - 5 have been
successfully installed with Entourage but one will not load and accept
it. We keep receiving the error message that the server is busy /
inefficent network bandwith error. We have two seperate companies for
our exchange server (windows 2000 EX) and one for our Mac support and
both are blaming each other for the problems. Surely the fact that 5
Macs were installed successfully means that the server has been set up
correctly?
Also one of the users cannot delete e mails, is this common? She also
has difficulties opening attachements and has problems sending
messages. Is this a fault with the set up and if so what can I do to
resolve them?

Hi Tara:

I am in the process of changing service providers. I am getting
similiar messages to you with the new one. I did not have this problem
with the old one. If you get an answer to your problem, please let me

Is your license for more than 5 computers?
