We have recently went from Groupwise to Entourage 10.1.5.
We are getting the following errors 3701, 10049 and a few
others. They are pointing to our LDAP server and telling
us that our accounts could be wrong or "The directory
services denied access. Verify the authentication
settings for this directory service (10049). Or we would
receive this message:
"The server for account "name- Exchange account" returned
the error "Logon failure, unknown user name or bad
password. Your username/password or security settings
may be incorrect. WOuld you like to try reentering your
password.
This does not happen all the time but just so often and
not to the same users. Thanks Dave
