Entourage EWS and replied/forwarded not showing up...

So only the CEO of my company uses Entourage to connect to our
exchange 2007 server. He just got upgraded to Entourage Web Services
and for whatever reason when he replies or forwards mail it isn't
showing the little badge

Any ideas?


Can't think of any reason that there would be to turn it on or off...
seems strange that there *might* be some way to turn that on or off


any help would be great!

This is a known issue with EWS where a user has connected to a
delegated account, but I've not heard of it happening with the primary
account.

Is this with a delegated account?
