I am setting up Entourage 2004 Version 11.1 on Exchange Server 2003.

Now the email is working well in/out. But the Question is the Address book
and Calendar

On the Web based email setup - Options you can set up Contact Options -
Global Address List or Contacts.

So how can I set my address book for Global Address list, where it find all
the address setup on the Server but not on the local computer.

Now that is the big point of having a setup on a Exchange server.

I do not find it on my email.. It's only old local contacts.

The Check name is grayed out so it must be there somewhere...

Thanks

You can't access the Global Address Book via the Address Book interface in
Entourage. You need to use the Tools > Directory Services dialog.

You should be able to enter an address and then click the "Check Names"
button for Entourage to check the Global Address Book. If that doesn't
work, you should open your Exchange account from Tools > Accounts and verify
that the information under the "Directory" tab is correct. You might need
to click the "advanced options" button and toggle the option for "My server
requires me to log on" for it to work.

However, the upcoming update is supposed to have "increased integration with
the Global Address List (GAL)". Hopefully it will include the changes you
desire.
