entourage/exchange - adding local domain to email addresses

I have Entourage 2004 setup and working fine with my Exchange server
and everything is working fine. However, when sending a message to
someone who is in my address book imported from Outlook 2001 it is
adding my local domain to an already qualified domain... i.e.-
(e-mail address removed) becomes (e-mail address removed)@mydomain.com. I thought it was
considering this an unqualified domain and adding the local domain but
I do not have the address for unqualified domain entered.

Any thoughts???

Check the contacts in your address book to make sure the e-mail addresses
aren't somehow messed up. Also try clearing your recent addresses list in
preferences.
