Entourage-exchange adding local domain to emails

I have Entourage 2004 setup and working fine with my Exchange server
and everything is working fine. However, when sending a message to
someone who is in my address book imported from Outlook 2001 it is
adding my local domain to an already qualified domain... i.e.-
[email protected] becomes [email protected]@mydomain.com. I thought it was
considering this an unqualified domain and adding the local domain but
I do not have the address for unqualified domain entered.

Any thoughts???
