Entourage, exchange, and calendars

Hello everyone,

I am completely new to Entourage 2004, more importantly I'm pretty
new to Mac in general. Anyways, I've setup a new exchange 2003 server
for a client. I've hooked up entourage 2004 to communicate with the
exchange server. The user receives and sends mail but he cannot view
the calendar in the public folder. Also, can someone let me know how
to share entourage 2004 calendars with the outlook xp users. All help
will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

That's a known limitation. Unfortunately there is no way to get around it.
Your suggestion here should be logged. Alternatively, you can send feedback
using the web form. In Entourage X or 2004, go to Help -> Send Feedback on
Entourage. Otherwise, click on this direct link to enter Mac Product

If free/busy server information is entered properly, then other users should
be able to see free/busy times in your schedule. Furthermore, you can use
Outlook to configure delegation permissions for your calendar (this is
explained in Entourage Help). That will allow other users you select to see
(or modify, depending on permissions) your calendar events.
