We've got a new Exchange 2003 organization rolling out. In testing,
whenever we enabled SSL for OWA or WebDav, the calendars won't synch.
I've used tcpflow to look at the data and it looks like the connection
gets initiated OK (can't tell much since it's all encrypted), but then
dies after a few exchanges. I can see some of the CA data moving
accross (references to www.thawte.com) so it looks like it's working.
SSL for the IMAP side of life is working fine.
Is anyone else having problems getting Entourage calendars, etc. to
synch when SSL is enabled on the server?
BTW, our organization is a bit complex with load balancing front end
servers and separate public folder servers.
I've tried all kinds of variations of settings on my Entourage client
end.
If anyone has any suggestions or know if this is an issue (since I
can't seem to email Microsoft directly from the support page about
Entourage), it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank in advance,
Frank Wolf
