Entourage Exchange doesn't sync calendar

OK, so I installed Entourage, and it sync us with the
address book on Exchange Server, but it doesn't sync up
with the calendar. I entered a 100 calendar items in
Entourage, and only two of them showed up when I open the
same user account on a Windows Outlook installation.

What the heck is going on? Does anyone know? Please, I
need help.
