Two identical G5s in my office are attempting to connect to a
Microsoft Exchange mail server. Both have been manually configured
with identical information and one G5 works with no problems and can
receive and send e-mail. The other G5 accesses the mail server,
recognises the correct mail account, displays the number of e-mails
waiting in the inbox but when the user attempts to open their inbox
the following error message appears:
'Mail could not be received at this time.' The programme freezes and
the user cannot quit.
Both versions of Entourage have been installed from seperate versions
with different CD keys and the mail accounts are obviously for
different people. The software installed for both machines is
Entourage version 10.1.4
Any help will be gratefully appreciated.
