Entourage (Exchange) Moving All Messages to Deleted vs. Inbox

Paul, if you're out there, I need help!

I'm running Mac OS X, 10.4.2 using Entourage 2004 v11.2.1 connect to an
Exchange Server. Two days ago, my mailbox was shutdown because I had
reached the company's size limit. Admittedly, I knew I was getting
close! So I went through my Inbox, Sent and subfolders and deleted
hundreds of messages. Once I deleted those files from my Deleted
folder, I was able to start receiving mail again.

Unfortunately since then, EVERY message that comes to my email is now
being sent to the Deleted folder. Even the messages that I have Rules
for. At a coworkers suggestion, I ran the Databse Utility feature but
the Integrity came out no problems. I opted to run the Rebuild Database
but that was no help, it just caused all my messages, including the
Sent items to get dumped into the Deleted Folder.

What have I done or what can I do to get my messages to route back
where they belong? Would appreciate any assistance.

Could you check your rules?? Rebuilding the database (and some other
things of this sort) tend to play tricks with the desitnation folders of
some rules and they could be set to send the e-mails there (even though
that clearly wasn't the case before).

Apparently the problem was with the Exchange server and not Entourage.
IT support actually came to my workstation and tried to convince me
that it was a "mac issue" only but after 45 minutes of working with me
to no avail, PC users starting reporting problems with Outlook. Don't
know if the Exchange server had to be restarted or what, but whatever
they did on their end solved my problems. Everything is performing as
normal.

Well I hope they'll find a way to fix it. I know that a new Service Pack
for Excahnge 2003 came out recently. I hope it's not a new bug
introduced by the update :-\
