Entourage & Exchange Sharing

Hi,

I am having an odd issue with Entourage 11.2.1. My work email, all relevant
info is sent / received / synced with a Exchange server 2003 which has the
latest Server Pack 2 update. I also have the latest Entourage update.

Now for some reason people on XP can view my Calendars (as long as I give
the appropriate permission), but I can not see their's, and it does not work
at all Mac to Mac?

Below is the error message I get...

The user's folder could not be found.
Entourage could not find a mailbox for the user.....

If it's through Public folders, it unfortunately makes perfect sense..
It's not currently supported from the Mac :'-(
