Hi there everyone,

Hope someone can help me with the following problem with my
Entourage/Exchange not syncing correctly: When I send a message either from
Outlook Web Access (OWA) or from my Windows Mobile Device (WM5), the message
viewed within Entourage only reveals garbage. Seems like its encoded Binhex
or base64, but under the bottom line all I can read is the headers. But in
both other devices (OWA, Windows Mobile) the message displays correctly. And
ideas? Am I doing something wrong, some wrong preferences or so? I'm
grateful for any help, even more so as I didn't find any helpful info in my
extensive web searches.

One little other question: any advances in how to sync contact photos from
Entourage to Exchange? I've read contact picts just don't sync but am
wondering whether there's some workaround.

Hi Emanuel!

Your viewing problem could simply be a corrupt cache. Starting in your
home folder go to ~/Library/Caches/ and delete
com.microsoft.browserfont.cache. Be sure to quit Entourage first.

To the best of my knowledge, no way exists to sync pictures in Contacts
to Exchange. You can use the feedback mechanism under the Help menu in
any Office product to request this feature in future releases.
