I use to be able to get a .vcf file for the whole address book using
Export that all kinds of applications loved. Now it's a tab-delimited
file that nothing likes. I can get .vcf files when I drag an entry to
the desktop. But if I try to drag all on them to a folder, I get about
a third of them, not all. And with the Export function where you select
various options, I get an error at the end that it was incomplete
because I stopped it. I didn't stop it. So other than the new Sync
Services that seem to be real scary, no guarantee that things won't get
wiped or over merged, there is no easy way to externally manage
contacts anymore.
I am I the only one noticing this?
