Entourage fails to load

Entourage fails to fully start up. Unexpectedly quits.

I tossed the Entourage prefs and fixed disk permissions. Is there another
way to compel it to work or is this a case of reloading the application?

Repairing permissions won't help, as MS don't install receipts for Entourage
or any other part of Office.

Your identity is probably damaged somehow. Try doing a repair of the
database (hold Option on startup). If that doesn't work, rename the identity
directory (~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/Main
Identity) and now Entourage should restart. You'll have to migrate all the
stuff from your broken identity into your new one :-(

I did the identity rebuild earlier without success. As for 'migrating' the
data how is that done?
