Entourage Fails when Checking Multiple POP3 Accounts

Greetings,
I work at an e-mail ISP and we have a client using
Entourage, he has approximately 7 different POP3 account
which it is setup to check at once, when doing this
Entourage returns a bad login / password error on randomly
one of the accounts, however when checking each one
individually they all succeed without problems. The same
configuration on Microsoft Outlook on Windows works
flawlessly so I'm hoping this may be a known issue with
Entourage, has anyone else experienced this or can anyone
offer any advice to solve this issue? Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What is the time set for the schedule? Since the problem appears on random
accounts, it would indicate the info is correct. I would look at the
schedule. Maybe Entourage takes longer talking to the server.

I check more than 7 with no problems.

I suggest you have them do a TCPflow log and see what the traffic is
reporting. See download link and instructions at bottom of page:
