Entourage folders

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me.

I am trying to help a Mac user with his Entourage. His computer is
down and its going be a week before we get the new one up and running.

But in the meantime, I am trying to help him view his files on a pc
using Outlook, he said this is fine but it is missing the folders he
created.

Can anyone help me find these folders? Or will he not have access to
them until his new computer is up?

Any help is appreciated.

What kind of account is this? IMAP ... Exchange?

Do you know if the folders were created under "Folders On My Computer"
or were they created under the Exchange account?

I suspect they were created under "Folders On My Computer", which means
they were local to that machine only that's in for repairs. If he had
created them under his Exchange account he would still see them
regardless of which computer he used.
