Entourage forwards html formatted messages are sometimes blank

I have some messages forwarded from my office mac to my home mac so I can
see them whenever they get in. For example, I get emails from paypal when
I'm paid for something. At the office, these messages are in html and look
fine. But at home, the forwarded messages just have the title and a "€" for
the message body!

And it looks like any forwarded html message loses at least all it's
formatting.

Is there some way to avoid this?

Thanks :)

Control click the message in the list and forward as attachment, the HTML
then displays correctly in the attached e-mail.
Entourage doesn't support advanced HTML and this is a way to get around the
problem.

Hm. These are sent automatically using a rule from my office computer. Is
there a way to automate that?

Thanks.

If you know AppleScript you could set a schedule to run a script.

Just a thought. Set up an account for special kinds of emails. Set the
account to leave on server. Use the special email for paypal and/or other
accounts that give you trouble like this.

Now you can download to either computer. Set one as the default for deleting
after download.

Hi, Diane--

That sounds like a plan.

Ok, I set it up so both my office and I are leaving messages on the server.

I then added a rule where if an email is from ebay or PayPal, the message is
moved to a special ebay/paypal folder.

Now, I'd like to delete the message from the server (but not the local
folder). Is there a way to do this?

Thanks again,
Jeffrey

When you select to leave on server there is an option to delete after xx
days.

Another option is to check "Allow online access." This allow you to see the
messages on the server in Entourage and delete them. It's similar to IMAP.
