Entourage freezes/crashes on waking from sleep

I have this frequently recurring problem with entourage that it is frozen on
waking from sleep. Force Quit somethimes allows me to quit out but
Entourage will not reboot unless I restarr. I'm running OSX 10.3.3.
This is a pain. I'm going to switch to Apple mail unless it can be resolved.
Please help!

This seems to be related to the scheduled "send all" or "send and
receive all" command. When entourage tries to send or receive while
the computer is asleep, even though it's online, an error message
results. Click on the error message and close the box. That should
unfreeze entourage. If you don't get the error message box, there may
be some preference you can change that will show it, but I don't know
what else to suggest.
