ENTOURAGE FREEZES

I attempted to email as an attachment a large QuickTime movie file (450
Megs). Somehow that email with its attachment wound up in the Entourage
Oubox. When I click on that email in the Outbox (in an attempt to trash
it) Entourage freezes and I have to force quit and then re-open in
order to use the program. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of
the huge file in my Outbox so that Entourage will resume operating in a
normal fashion? thanks.

Click on the Outbox, but not yet on the email. G to View menu and select
Preview Pane -> None (or just deselect it if you're in Entourage X). Now
select the email, click or press Delete, then go to Tools/Run Schedule/Empty
Deleted Items Folder. Done. In the Outbox, you can revert to View -> Preview
Pane -> At Right (or At Bottom) in 2004, or just select it in X, if you
wish.
