Entourage Freezes

Entourage Freezes (and won't even let me do a force quit) when I try
to open an email which has been forwarded to me with an attachment. I
am completely updated as far as Office goes. Any ideas?

Attachments are stored in a folder named Entourage Temp in the Microsoft
User Data folder. Check this folder. It's possible that the permissions have
been reset.

I would test in a new User. Go to System Preferences and create a new User.
Open Entourage and enter your account info. Test downloading a message with
an attachment. Does it work? If yes, then there is a problem in your User's
account.
