Entourage freezing when started.

I'm currently using Entourage 2004 and I attempted to send out 2 emails
that came back with errors and now when I open entourage it freezes
upon startup.

I think if I could delete the emails from the outbox, it wouldn't
freeze but I can't even get it to open and run at all.

I'm not sure how to fix this, any help would be great. Thanks!

Start up entourage with the shift key held down - this will disable startup
schedules. This may give you the opportunity to delete the emails.

Hold down the shift key when opening Entourage. This disables schedules and
will allow you to open the outbox and delete the emails.
