I tried to 'post reply' twice but it wasn't accepted due to 'ill formed
message'??? so I am using 'new post' this time.
Thank you for your advice and suggestions.
In regard to your question referring to my reference to stability- In an
attempt to solve the rejection of email with large recipient lists, I created (by
hand) alphabetical smaller groups. I alphabetized to keep track of the large
unwieldy list of contacts. But when the email was sent, some names in the
group lists were dropped and others were added that were not on the list
sent out.
I am using Office:mac v.X. I put on Office:mac 2004 a few weeks ago, but
was confused by the request to delete older versions, so it is just sitting in
the dock on the desk top while I use v.X . Could this be causing problems?
