Entourage gives me a (-8796) error message

Every time I try to send or reply to an email I get the following
error message:

The action could not be completed. and error has occurred (8796).

I have tried several times to rebuild the data base and no luck. Can
anyone help?

Are you sure it's -8796 or just 8796? According to the error page, 8796
means you need to rebuild your database.

It's possible your database is too corrupted to rebuild. I suggest you
export as much as your data as possible while Entourage will still open.

It's possible the error was reported incorrectly. The positive error lists
rebuilding the database as a remedy. There is nothing for -8796 listed. It
could have a completely different solution.

We get the errors and solutions from users. There is no listed source.

If you look at the link listed above it explains how you export your data.
Please look it over first. If you still need help you will have to give us
more info like what version of Office you are using.
