Hi all,
Recently, someone in my office has been having some office issues,
which at first started with entourage, and is now happening in other
office apps as well.
We're all using office 2004 with the latest updates installed.
Apparantly, when entourage wants to check mail, the "beach ball"
appears and can last for up to 2 minutes, not allowing the user to do
anything in entourage. This seems to only happen when mail is being
checked, because once we hear the sound that mail is received or not,
the beach ball goes away and the user can continue to work.
At the moment this is happening only on one machine, and all other
machines are working fine. Any suggestions?
