Entourage hangs

OK. So I just upgraded from PC to Mac, and I'm using Entourage. At
inoppourtune times, the programs hangs and I have to force-quit the
application. I've tried searching microsoft.com for an answer, but
have found nothing. Has anyone experienced this and if so, found an
answer? Coincidentally, this problem started just after a microsoft
auto-update. Hmmm.....

Mind-Dancer Solutions

I have experienced this for some time I use Entourage X. I was told by a
Microsoft rep at Macworld that it was an issue with screem refresh. Some
complex emails cause it to freeze. He, in fact, recommended your solution.

However I have found just opening a Main window cures the problem (until the
next time. A little quicker than a Force Quit.

I think Entourage 2004 solves this but I'm not sure. Anyone know?
