hello, I like to print my week calenar exactly like I´d see it on the
monitor. I can´t figure out how to do it. I wrote some manuals but I
can´t find s solution. Any idea oder help? thank you, Mike
No, you can't do it within Entourage itself. You can change some of the
options (what tasks to show) clicking the Layout button in the Print dialog,
but that does not give you what you're looking for. You can "Save as
Webpage" but that gives you only Monthly, not Weekly, calendar view.
Instead, take a screenshot. Press cmd-shift-4, move the cursor over the
window (if it isn't), press the Spacebar (to select whole Entourage window),
then Click. [Or, to select just part of the window, press cmd-shift-4 and
drag the mouse to select, then Click).
That creates a Picture 1.png file on your desktop (or Picture 2.png if you
already have a Picture 1, etc.). Double-click to open it in Preview, then
Print.
