Entourage has stopped downloading emails

This is the instruction given in help to solve this problem, but when I CONTROL + click on the mail folder, FOLDER PROPERTIES option is not displayed! Help.

In the folder list, CONTROL + click the Microsoft Exchange address book, calendar, or mail folder for which you want to empty the cache, and then click Folder Properties.
On the General tab, under Empty Cache, click Empty.
After the folder is empty, Entourage automatically downloads the items from the Microsoft Exchange server.

These instructions are for an Exchange Server account only. You will not
see them if you right-click a POP or IMAP account folder.

Is your problem with an Exchange account?
