entourage-HELP-emails received in numbered stacks!!!

This mom is in dire need of assistance. My kidlets are out of town!
How do I change the entourage settings and eliminate each and every
email coming in one at a time with numbers. A few hours ago all came
in on one page - just fine 'n dandy - and then...after several hours of
looking for assistance, browsing my secrets & dummies books, and
not knowing what to call this...I joined this group. I sincerely hope
someone knows what I'm talking about & can get me straight.

Do you mean that your emails are "grouped" together under little
headers, with a triangle at the left? You may have inadvertently
resorted them by something other than date. Go to the View menu, choose
Arrange By, and uncheck Show In Groups. Then go back and pick the
column you want to sort by.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "numbered stacks" or messages are
coming in "one at a time with numbers." Sounds nothing like anything I've
ever heard of.
