Entourage Help Viewer

When I access Entourage 2004's Help the Help Viewer appears a little high
and to the left and I can find no way of closing the Viewer without quitting
Entourage. Expose does not reveal the Help Viewer either only Entourage
itself which when I select it takes me straight back to the Help Viewer. Can
not seem to drag or move the Help Viewer in any way to access the traffic
lights to close the screen.

Must be something obvious I have missed. Any ideas?

Hi Graham!

You could try setting your monitor's resolution a little higher so that
items off-screen now fall on screen. Move your window and then reset to
your original resolution.
