Entourage, Hotmail Account don´t work

Hi

I just install Panther, Office V.x and all updates to 10.3.1 and through
10.1.5, since then I cant download my e-mail from Hotmail. From the web
interface I can access my account without problems, there is no firewall
issue since I can read another POP based e-mail accounts. Any idea on this??

Have you installed the Office updates? They include an updater which
enables checking Hotmail via Entourage.

I have the exact configuration as Ricardo: OS X 10.3.1, Office updated
thru 10.1.5 -- what's more, it worked just the other day. I can
access via web page. Not, suddenly, via Entourage X.

Any help appreciated. It was a nice feature.

You might try deleting the Hotmail account from within Entourage, quit
Entourage, restart the Mac and then re-create the Hotmail account. I used
to have regular problems where I couldn't access my Hotmail account via
Entourage X but did that and it worked.
