Entourage - how can I stop contacts being added automatically

Is there anyway I can stop Entourage from auto adding contact I reply to, into the address book?

Are they actually in the Address Book or in the Most Recently Used (autofil)
list?

There is an action in Rules "add sender to Address Book". Have you checked
your Rules?
