Entourage Identity

Almost every time I start up Entourage a window with my identity appears and I'm asked whether I want to use this. There's a box to tick, offering to use this identity each time. However, this does not make any difference. I used to simply open up Entourage without having to go through the step of choosing my identity. I'm the only user of this computer, so what is going on? How can I stop it having to ask me this question each time?

Thanks so much for your prompt reply, however, the option you mention does not come up in the Entourage menu. "Switch identity" does not offer me the option of "show list....". I looked in all the menus but didn't find that command.

Do you have any other ideas?

It's not in the menu bar, it's in the window. Look at the bottom right under
the OK button. If you used a newsreader instead of using the web interface
you would have seen my screen shot.

What's great about using a newsreader is you can view like your emails and
see the old mail easily. You can search and find answers too.

Diane, I must be very thick - I have no idea about how to use a newsreader to view - never even knew that this was an option. How do I access it?
