entourage - import from window based outlook

hi

1. I am a new user of mac book and I used to use window based outbook
with email, contacts etc.in a window xp pc

2. I do not know how to import the things from window based outlook to
macbook (I do not have access to an exchange server ie cannot use the
method noted in entourage webpage)

3. Could u help?
